Kelly is the owner and Clinical Director of Via Counseling + Consulting. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in working with individuals and couples. Kelly’s counseling style is one where she works with her clients by using their strengths to achieve the client’s desired outcome. It is important for Kelly to make the therapist client relationship one that is a collaborative process to truly understand her client’s needs. Kelly believes that each person has their own unique story to tell and by working together Kelly and her clients can develop ways to achieve emotional and mental health goals.

Kent’s approach to therapy is to present information in a powerful, meaningful, personalized way to elicit engagement and personal investment in how base neurological and biological influences affect thoughts that convey to behavioral changes. When Clients become uniquely invested in this process, it gains value, informing daily life improvement that restructure faulty narratives, alters paradigms, and provides the framework where future stimulus or environmental information will be applied.

Kent’s theoretical orientation creates the foundation for application of CBT (Cogntive-behavioral), DBT (Dialectical behavioral), solutions-focused, person-centered, trauma-informed care, and eclectic treatment modalities that use bio/neuro-feedback concepts to engage higher brain/executive processing.

Anna is a compassionate Licensed Associate Counselor specializing in supporting individuals facing anxiety, depression, grief and adjustment disorders. She offers a collaborative and supportive therapeutic approach, integrating cognitive based-behavioral therapies, mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based strategies. She strives to support clients as they explore their emotions, learn and apply effective coping skills, and work towards achieving greater emotional and mental well-being. She is dedicated to empowering clients to navigate challenges, build resilience, and cultivate positive changes in their lives.

Brian is a warm and friendly Licensed Associate Counselor who specializes in child (13+) and family counseling, with a strong background in neurodiversity. Brian's approach is anchored by non-judgment and fostering a sense of empowerment in clients to feel ready to take on life's challenges. His therapy style is rooted in Dialectical Behavior Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy with an emphasis on new perspectives and lasting behavior change through individualized strategies. He strives to help his clients accept that it's ok to be content right where we are and still want more fulfillment and deeper connections. Brian believes that everyone is doing the best they can with the cards they were dealt, but that there's always room for personal growth along one's chosen path.

Stephanie is a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who strives to provide a comfortable and accepting environment at Via Counseling + Consulting. Her main focus is to connect clients with a therapist that will best suit their needs and goals. Stephanie’s passions are creating efficient processes and procedures to help therapists focus on what they do best - provide therapy - and making therapeutic skills and resources accessible to the community.
